Refund policy

We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Please read the following terms carefully before submitting a request.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only available for non-perishable products or for orders delivered in error.

  • A return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must be kept frozen, in its original packaging, and with no signs of tampering or violation.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@junglexsupply.com within the 48-hour period. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Perishable items (such as açaí ice cream) cannot be returned once defrosted.

  • Promotional products or free gifts are not eligible for return.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, if applicable.

 

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 8 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
