At JungleX, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Because we work with frozen and perishable items, our shipping process follows strict guidelines to ensure quality from our store to your door. Please review the information below to understand how our deliveries are managed, including timelines, coverage areas, and procedures in the event of delays or issues.
Delivery for Individual Orders

Orders placed by 4:00 pm (weekdays) will be delivered on the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be delivered on the next business day.

Same-day delivery is only available on business days.
Delivery for Cafés & Retailers (Business Orders)

Business orders are prepared within 48 hours.

Deliveries take 2 to 5 business days after preparation.
Delivery Area
We cover most of the United Kingdom. To check if we deliver to your area, please enter your postcode on the product page for verification.
Delays and Responsibility
JungleX is responsible for monitoring and resolving any delivery delays with our logistics partners, except when caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Incorrect Address
If you notice an error in the delivery address, please contact us immediately at contact@junglexsupply.com.

A new delivery attempt can be arranged, subject to a new delivery fee.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
All orders include full tracking. In the unlikely event of loss or theft, you may choose between:

A free replacement shipment, or

A full refund.
Tracking
Tracking details will be provided via email with a direct link from our logistics partner. JungleX will oversee the tracking process together with the delivery company.
Extreme Weather or Force Majeure
In cases of extreme weather conditions or events beyond our control, deliveries may be rescheduled. Customers will be notified promptly, and no additional charges will apply.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful (e.g. the customer is not available at the delivery address), a new delivery fee will be charged for rescheduling.

As our products are perishable, returned items may become unsuitable for re-delivery.

Cancellations in such cases will follow our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
